Crushing The Hydraulic PressA Poem by R.J Calzonetti (SinisterPotatoe)A poem for those who put others down.No man can run from me Doesn’t take eyes to see Whoever the f**k you may be I’m down to earth, strong from my roots, so shoot I’m as sturdy as a tree trunk You wanna have some fun with me? We’ll see if you can keep up with my funk My bodies weak, but my mind’s tough I’ve got stuff down pat, iron soul that refuses to rust or crack I’ve experienced things that would have bust your a*s and made you shat your pants Giants think I’m just another ant, but I crush them under the feet of my mind B******s who hate will find they’ve been left behind, go find a better calling You’re falling from grace face first, thought you were big and bad, the worst So sad that I’ve already been cursed with misfortune 1000 times stronger than 1 angry human I’m looming over the ones who bother people who were weak like I was Because no one deserves to be taken apart, I have a heart I can only hope that you’ll start over That would be smart, your not a four leaf clover, everyone’s luck runs out eventually What goes up must come down, and pain is meant to be a teaching tool If you’re the fool who uses it on others, remember, it can be just as cruel to you Sorrow is meant to be for small souls on a large earth, since birth, it is the fee for happiness And it can only make you stronger, so it won’t be much longer until that ones you broke down Have turned around and fed you the same meds you gave to them You may think it’s wrong or unfair, but I think I'll share the feeling After all when you hurt so many of my friends, why should I care if your resolve is peeling? © 2017 R.J Calzonetti (SinisterPotatoe)Author's Note
