Man for real you need to copyright these analogies or better yet let me steal some cuz they are seriously sooo creative. I really love your style of writing: the way you say stuff without flat out saying it. It makes for a more colorful piece.
That aside, if this is based off of real experiences, I hope you find a girl soon ;) You deserve it :)

And I have actually had some people on here demand that I sell them some of of my poems so they can can claim it as their own, but the never want to pay up.
I'm glad you love my style. I do try my best to make it my own and to stand out from anyone.
And thank you, I pray so as well, but at the moment I'm not looking for a women because I'm so caught up in getting my degree, but if it happens it will happen.

I liked the rhyme sequence. Smooth read.

So many of us got that "Game Over" screen. Imagery is great here. Now, what does the 9 mean at the end of the poem?

The number 9 also resonates with learning to say ‘No’, creative abilities, sensitivity, loyalty, generalist, discretion, brilliance, problem-solving, inner-wisdom, self-love, freedom, popularity, high ideals, tolerance, humility, altruism and benevolence, empathy, non-conformity, artistic genius, an expansive viewpoint, eccentricity, communication, influence, perfection, magnetism, understanding, forgiveness, compassion and sympathy, the visionary, duty and calling, obligation, mysticism, optimism and Divine wisdom.
The qualities of the number 9 are those of leadership, the ability to see clearly, integration, the three worlds – physical, intellectual, spirituality, last symbol before return to unity, ability to understand, inborn talents, compulsions, introspection, personal integrity, unity, truth, the Seer, artistry, high moral sense, good advisor.perfection, concord, dissolves ego attachments, challenges faced in looking for your own wisdom.
Idealistic 9s, capable of realizing those ideals, are intensely passionate people needing to control their wild impulses.
Variously assertive, trusting, generous, selfish and willful, 9’s seriously need stabilizing influences.
In love, 9’s are romantic, ardent and impetuous.

Whoa! I'll never see the number 9 in the same light as before
This is cool poetry. I love the meaning behind. You are right love is not a game, it is the real deal. It is nice to see a poem with good morals behind it.

I love the image- a fountain of quarters- and the playing of the game, seeing game over again and again. It captures the effort, the addiction to playing the game of love. The last lines are moving and communicate the deep loss that is beyond a game- sure, hung over is part of the addiction, but to be left alone, infinite wonder communicates that the longing is much deeper than plundering or hungering - when you use the word infinite, it calls out the part of love that can't be relegated to addictive passion or merely physical expressions of love. Perhaps the fountain doesn't have quarters in it after all, but waters of reprenishment and change- not a wishing well type fountain at all. Loved thinking about the imagery and pondering the meaning, and what it brings up in me. Thanks!

Pac Man-esk in a sense... Indeed it is more than a game to me and would be a fool to play with a heart in such a way; not to say that I haven't in the past. Nonetheless, I thought it would be clever, different, and something everyone can enjoy. I do.
Thank you so much for reading and spending the time to leave me your thought. They are highly appreciated and I'm really glad you enjoyed it Marianne.

A lot of people can relate to this, and that is what writing should do. To have someone relate to your message is a great feeling, because it means you're not alone in feeling it. I loved it, every bit of it. Keep it up.
Best regards,
Tristesse
