Rude revelations

Rude revelations

A Poem by Sindu

Paint pricked my fingers
Red sheds into other hues
Enthrall and swim together
Messy scrawls ensue

Busied palms smudge the colors
Racing against my beating pulse
Past these chaos and hoarded rules
Mind slips towards a radiant null

Coaxed and coerced by the paint
My layers scatter among greys and blues
Lips break into a smile, bit faint
Eyes emote overwhelmed with this prelude

Subdued messages finally shout
Silently to be heard and pray
Crystal tears join the drought
nuanced images come to play

Thanks a ton, Beth aka KWP for taking this apart and turning my gears to attack this little thing more viciously and make it a bit more alluring.

P.S: Imagine yourself at every personal reference rather than the author..

It made me want to get naked and pour paint in large pools in various places on a huge blank canvas and just interact with it - roll about - swim in it - sleep on it - and then stand up and see the result.
It is emotive - its a bit primal too and its erotic.
Thanks Sindu and KwP. :))
