My tainted proposalA Poem by SinduBlack valentine challengeMy story: by wisps of darkened hair, lips slightly apart, a breath in, All I could do was stare. Reminisce of way he moves, a casual lean on a door to cuddling as a moulded mess, enough to curve my lips a bit more. I vowed to never let go his demons and mistakes, as well affair with her, that girl I took it as a parcel. As he stared dazed, awake tied up, questioning his delirious state; sharp metal clutched in my hand I promised that it's his designed fate. Panic building, begging begins as he tugs and turns to explain, too focused on the blood trail I poured my love into his pain. Cuts and gashes enamoured him as I dug his heart from cavity burning with passionate love pecked his lips with severity. His own fault, all this love. I moved away heart held in hand a glint stopped my mesmerizing, tiny rock dropped from his pants. My breath hitched while mind cleared his jeweller girl 'affair' his heart clutched to mine all I could do was stare.. My present: His ring adorns my hand enveloped by love, unrestrained; greeting me day and night his heart lies pickled by my bed.
