Anger Within

The anger boils under my skin,
It feels so good,
The anger within,
I know it's bad,
I know I shouldn't,
Feeling so mad,
But I know I can calm,
To a reasonable level,
With control in my palm,
I can speak clear,
And voice thoughts,
Without a tear,
It's not the end,
I know it's true,
Believe things will amend,
For better cause,
So just stop,
Think and pause. 
Read this poem,
And take a breath,
Don't let things ruin your humble home.
