Angel Bite. (Part 4)A Chapter by jenn.ending.The cry ripped from my chest, primal and pure instinct. The pain was so great from his lips that I couldn't bear to hold the gasp of pure hatred. Arin fell backwards, mouth agast and panting hard. I felt my fists ball into themselves and my finger nails cutting crescents into my palms. Arin lay across the room, rumpled, messy. "I hate you," I hiss, "I hate you so much for trying to take me away, so much for trying to own me again." I spat. Wait, again? I had no idea what I ment, no idea who was speaking for me, but it felt right. That something inside of me had been stolen, but another part awakened, alive. Arin just looked at me, a bitter twinge to his voice. "So, you do remember." But he quickly vanished as Kayle stepped up beside me. Kayle, who was dilligant and true to his word. Kayle, who was handsome, easy going and so real. Kayle, who had a lot to explain about himself and Arin, the boy who tryed reaping the very essence of my soul for greed and power. "So, I suppose I have a lot to explain." He mumbled as he carried me away from the dim room where Arin tried to pull me out of existence. "Yes," I murmured, kissing his awe struck mouth. "Yes, you do. But not today. Tomorrow." He smiled into my lips, and I swear I felt a tear fall on my cheek. Kayle, crying, for someone so great he almost lost.
Kayle, crying, because of the world he had to explain to someone that should not, would not, cannot, ever, belong to him. © 2010 jenn.Author's Note
