Irish Lover

Irish Lover

A Poem by SimplyOlivia
"

For my boyfriend Ben

"

My sweet Irish lover

Oh how I love thee

Lucky like a four-leaf clover

Only belonging to me

Your warm embrace

Is all I need

Your sweet tender face

Is enough to make my heart bleed

My heart and soul bleed for you

You are my soulmate

Everything you do

Is way past first rate

You’re the reason I live

You’re why my heart beats

All of me, I shall give

I will shower you with kisses of sweets

My sweet Irish Prince

I am your princess

Whether or not our love makes sense

Even in moments of duress

I love you with every bit

Of my torn, broken soul

I shall never quit

Our love will never dull

My sweet Irish Prince

I love thee so much

Of so much eloquence

I love your every touch

My Irish lover, prince, and friend

This Irish princess

Will love you til the very end
