Lingering

Lingering

A Poem by SimplyOlivia

Thoughts linger

Memories linger

Times linger

The pain lingers

Everytinh thing lingers

I linger

My body lingers

My numb soul lingers

Death lingers

Wounds linger

Scars linger

My empty body, which is not but a shell, lingers

In an equally empty world

That also lingers
