Turambar

A Poem by Turambar
"

Another truth of love in writting As seems to be the trend with my recent writings they're raw and fresh from the emotion branch, whether you see them as poetry or simply poetry esque venting i leave

"
Night falls
dawn will break
the cycle will go on
another illusion down

Love goes cold
loneliness it is i guess
suits me i suppose

Better to have loved and lost old boy
chin up, lip stiff, don't break the Great British facade

A face that rivals concrete
a heart almost to match
love goes cold
a sinking feeling in the gut
trust your gut, realise the truth

Your alone in the world
blessed but doomed, a true Turambar
but aren't all those gifted by the Tuatha

night falls once again
dawn will break, once more
the cycle carries on
i strip away another illusion

I sense death will be the last
Must go on, till we find an end

but before the end, just remember

Forgive
