Where Is Truth?A Poem by Simon J HallidayToday's Poem
Where Is Truth?
Where is truth? It's time to ask And who could be up to the task? You'll find so many went before Not guessing what life held in store Have caution in the search, my friend For life is fragile, all must end But that's no reason to back down Find meaning now, in vale and town The past has more than we may guess Don't move too fast amidst life's mess Mistakes are rife, and who's immune? With too much pride you'll lose love's tune Think deeply then, and make your move There's nothing left to lose or prove And when tomorrow comes around You may find truth, at last, is found (c) Simon J.
