Happy EasterA Poem by Simon J HallidayToday's Poem
Happy Easter
Happy Easter, one and all Think what may be, what may befall The future comes no matter what For every soul, life has its slot And yet a happy time eludes Where doubt and darkness ever broods Have caution as you journey on Lest all your helpers may be gone A time of angels and of saints Aware of worldly vice that taints How could we turn and not allow The brightness to come through, somehow A world of wonder in the mind Which seeks but somehow will not find For turning from some good advice A million things could now entice Take strength then from this Easter-time For cynics it won't cost a dime No pressure, choose that love will win At Easter let new life begin (c) Simon J.
