Time Moves OnA Poem by Simon J HallidayToday's Poem
Time Moves On
Time moves on, and what has changed? Some things, for sure, have rearranged But you will find within this land That very slowly things are planned And sometimes plans are never seen Despite a dream, however keen The chances that we see may pass To be cut down, much like the grass Then don't be slow to show you care The world is neither cruel nor fair It's up to us by how we live Make time to share and time to give Tomorrow brings another thought More precious than the things we bought So much has passed, so much has gone Then tread with care as time moves on (c) Simon J.
