Upside DownA Poem by Simon J HallidayToday's Poem
Upside Down
We know the world is upside down In every street, in every town So much to change, but where to start? It's deep within, a change of heart Tune out from all those boasting lies Each word and gesture, thin disguise For people say so much, but think There always is a missing link The jigsaw has so far to go For all will reap just what we sow Take time to find the missing lid So long ago that this was hid A riddle every day, indeed For riddles sometimes we will need No boredom here, so take the frown And learn to turn it upside down (c) Simon J.
