SupportA Poem by Simon J HallidayToday's Poem
Support
Support is sometimes there for us If pride gives way without a fuss And moving on we have a chance To once again enjoy the dance For life's too short to miss a thing The singer, after all, must sing And writers write whilst drivers drive So all, at last, somehow arrive A tangled web, make no mistake Whilst some just give, still others take But in the end where will we be? It's just begun, this mystery Then let's rise up and fight once more You know the saints are keeping score And meeting a surprising twist We learn 'support' could not be missed (c) Simon J.
