Future TenseA Poem by Simon J HallidayToday's Poem
Future Tense
In the future, don't be tense Or sitting on a rotten fence Make choices and live with intent Or you'll be wondering where it went For living each day to the full And making light where it was dull You'll find the worries fade away And more than ever you'll love each day But if some hardship may befall Remember we all have the call To rise above with strength and hope That through all things our minds will cope Yes still there's more, the future waits No time for those regrets and hates Relax and learn, it makes more sense And make a better future tense (c) Simon J.
