Endurance
Who will stand the test of time? Endurance can bring gifts divine For giving up will lead to doom Ahead of quitters what may loom? Keep on, then, with the dreams you had Don't worry when they think you're mad For how could one who is not you Begin to know what's plainly true And yet beware, advice may come And wisdom should be heard by some For arrogance rarely helps you win Humility is what lets you in So when you're sure you know what's real Keep on with strength, you know the deal And once a few more years have flown Endurance has ensured you've grown (c) Simon J.
