Today's Poem

A Busy World

It doesn't stop, we know by now

We have to find some peace, somehow

For if we don't, we're doomed for sure

Not good enough, just wanting more

The time to spend with friends we know

Where does the time in this life go?

And time to help when others need

Not good enough, this world of greed

The future isn't set in stone

Nobody wants to be alone

Search more, try hard, there's much to do

A better life comes into view

And wanting more may be the start

But there's a way, there is an art

It's not just grabbing, mindlessly

For all are wanting to be free

The freedom comes in time to all

And then a puzzle has to befall

What can be done in such a time

The world is busy, choose love not crime
