The Way

Today's Poem

The Way

Greatness comes to meager souls
The ones who focus on their goals
They never hear what doubters say
They simply know they'll find the way

The way to what?  For each their own
With freedom anything can be grown
A field of life or desert of doom
So take great of what may loom

Above your head a choir of hope
It helps you more and more to cope
The chances build as things align
Take action when you see the sign

'The sign?'  you ask, as well you may
And what can I now feign to say?
The choices yours, each day some more
Don't shoot the messenger, look for more

For messages come in many forms
Can take you through the worst of storms
Take note then, whether at work or play
Distill each sign and find the way
