Dreams of Change

If you doubt your dreams today

Then by tomorrow, they've flown away

Hold fast then, don't you let them go

Your gifts and talents you need to show

For somewhere in this busy land

There waits a quiet and helping hand

You may not know just where this lies

But when it's found, your dreams can rise

The changes which will come are great

They'll prove that they were worth the wait

And looking back, all shall makes sense

No matter what passed, however intense

So open-minded, bold and strong

The time has come to leave what's wrong

And welcome dreams which drive you far

A whole new world from where you are

A very creative poem with a nice rhyme and flow, just one point if I may, last line second verse perhaps substitute rise with materialize for a better effect ?
