A World of Darkness

This was inspired by the roleplaying game titled World of Darkness, so obviously I do not claim any copyright to the actual name. Just being cautious, heheh.

What you don’t know can’t harm you,

What you don’t see can’t touch you.

 

But what would happen to your life,

If you were to discover the unseen,

Lurking in the darkness, waiting, watching?

 

Blood-drinkers, creatures of the night, eternally damned,

Shape-shifters, wolves in human guise, in between species,

Spirits and Specters, caught in a state of ethereal and corporeal.

 

Cities in a state of decay and poverty,

Murderers and rapists all too common,

Evil lurking behind every corner.

 

This is the world in which we inhabit,

A World of Darkness…
