Wild Side

Wild Side

A poem about wild love and letting all your worries wash away.

Wild Side

Pretty little girl

You’ve always done what you were told

Followed every order

Never broken a rule

Well I’m here to tell you

That there’s nothing wrong with acting like a fool

Just every once in a while

Let all your worries wash away

So let down your hair

Don’t have a care

Let your fire burn

Besides who’d wanna be right when we can make a left turn?

Drive down every backroad

Surpass every limit

Just let me see it

Let me see your wild side

Me and you, we’ll go for a ride

Burning rubber in the moonlight

And I can tell that when I hit that gas

That we’re starting to fall for each other fast

Sit with me round’ this campfire

And let your doubts just melt away

Cus’ me and you darling

Are gonna dance the night away

So come with me

And we’ll go howl at that moon

Then you’ll see

How much fun life can really be

Love let’s just act like a couple of fools

Me and you we’ll break a couple of those rules

We’re gonna go on a wild ride, so please don’t hide

Baby don’t you dare hide your wild side
