SNOWFLAKE

 

My lovely snowflake

Beautiful beyond belief

Just being near you makes my heart ache

Your touch is my only relief

 

You are both deep and complex

An amazing mystery

So amazing even mirrors cannot reflect

The sublime elegance that never ceases to amaze me

 

Delicate and perfect

Unique in every way

You set my emotions in conflict

Just being close to you makes everything okay

 

Without you I would be lost

Like a ship within a storm

I’d do whatever you ask, no matter what the cost

Because though you may be my snowflake, just being near you keeps me warm
