SHADOW

A poem I hope you all enjoy!

SHADOW

It’s with you all your life

It follows you causing strife

Containing sadness, anger, and pain

Eating away all that you gain

But you can’t let the shadows of doubt control you

Take pride in all that you do

And BE the light that banishes the pain

Like the sun coming out after the shadow of the rain.

This is really good for so short a poem! I think you describe the actions of shadows very well! The can be negative and draining but you can't let it stop you! Great job!
