I sort of agree with hi about this poem. If there was more intricacies about the pain she felt and how it tore her, it would have engaged the reader more. Then again, I was actually drawn by the simplicity of this poem. When there is pain, we are tossed. Sometimes, we break. Not beyond repair, but momentarily shattered. Simple. That is what I got from this poem and I really loved it... Thank you for sharing this...!
