Crack in a Window

Crack in a Window

A Poem by The Silver Chord

Dreadfuly cynical in my ways,
flashes of light and sparks dancing all around my perplexing mind.

I'm terribly sorry,
there is no time for formalities here.

They all look seemingly innocent,
dispicable thoughts clambering from within.

I'm sober with divulsions,
The bottom of this bottle is miles away from here.

Wasting the days in my wake,
Taylored time cascading to and fro.

Makeshift reasoning concocted in cold blood,
I'm looking at you and all you behold.

About
My name is Silver Chord, and I too like to party. Generally I'd like to say that I think way too much. All I ever seem to be doing is thinking, pondering, musing over some random thought or idea. .. more..
