Restless Exposure

Restless Exposure

A Poem by The Silver Chord

left out in the freezing rain, I stumble aimlessly.  Generations before me have tread this road, wandering, looking for a meaning.
A slumberless night, a chilled heart, I tread on, leaving my life dragging behind.
Would you condemn me for the fact that I gave my life to a desolate barrel of a revolver.  So should I leave this horrid place or should i give myself another chance?

Save me from my dark heart.

Author's Note

The Silver Chord
Be warned that this is a piece I did when I was around 16 or 17. Thought it would be fun to revive this and let it see human kind again.

About
My name is Silver Chord, and I too like to party. Generally I'd like to say that I think way too much. All I ever seem to be doing is thinking, pondering, musing over some random thought or idea. .. more..
