Not Much But Acid On My Tongue

Not Much But Acid On My Tongue

A Chapter by Silas

Further more in the land of fallen souls.
The bloody grow old and the silence wanders the realms leaving all doors closed.
No one can enter what isn't open before them for no one can claimed an unopened door way.
Upon which every dream trickles and falls out of reach.
In the sky's evermore and darkness shines,
So white and clear it fills all with delight.
All is wrong is right.
All my fallen stars follow me into a scary dream,
Where the sky cries and we live a lie.
A desolate world I call home,
In an everlasting glow.
Shed your coats and follow my thoughts.
Aren't they just endless wrecks of remaining trucks smashed into one and flying for something unseen?
Sweetness and spicy things.
My circle is a square.
Where are you?
Swirly treats falling down, splattering around.
Run.
It's coming.

Now it's over.
The nightmares are gone,
Awaken in a new world.
Dreamless tonight,
Promise me all,
That forever we shall fly until the end of time.
Time that we are done, but let's keep going.
The sky is drowning bright purple,
And green the grass is inviting you for a swim in its water depths.
Slowly it closes in eating your fears and filling you with remorse.

Acid lucid.
Fill me in on what this was?
The words of another,
The fluent slur in every bite.
The world is spinning.
Don't you believe?
Can't you tell insanity is lurking?
Bushes in shrubs swallow you whole and trees spit you out?
Of a wondering pond that's so cold it's home.
Go back now or you will forget your keys.
You can't get in if the locks missing.

Dribbling on your liquid face, pounding it with chocolate cake.
Whip cream and frosting will be later.
No need to swim the lake we have a boat in my hands.
Missiles are flying but nobody cares,
We have sugar in our palms!
We can't be stopped.
Sip the acid and dream again.
I swear it's nice my pretty souls.
Come on, it's fun don't you know?
Jump from the sky and the world beholds our desolate eyes.
Spy upon the weak, the brave, and the sane.
Feel my pain.
And know what it means to say my name.
Scream it loud and clear.
Fill your ears to no end and cry away pretty dear.
For the end is here.

Sometimes absurdity is necessary to break the normal doldrums of daily life. I enjoyed this poem on the fact that it made me paint this crazy picture in my mind

Thank you good sir.
I don't actually do drugs, and I never want to. I wrote this while listening to a Deadmau5 song. Don't be alarmed.
