What is There to Do?

What is There to Do?

A Poem by Kristine Ferg

break the boards of justice,
stain the chords of time,
blind the blind-less lovers,
and take what yet is mine.
I hear your heart beat in the corner,
scared and frightened,
lost and remains,
yet I throw the first punch,
it misses, yet wounds,
and I ache to the ground
huffing painfully slow

because
you touched me
deep inside
my heart,
you touched.
and gave me innocence and love...
but
I...
didn't know what to do....

so I never let it go,
and ran away from you.

About
I'm just another person. Just like you; my art the object of knowledge in understanding who I am and how I am. And that, simply, is enough about me. more..
