Healing Me With Love Occurs When I'm With You, So Don't Act Like I Hate It

Healing Me With Love Occurs When I'm With You, So Don't Act Like I Hate It

A Poem by Kristine Ferg

Lips so tender,
eyes sweet and lush,
you make me sigh
at every touch.

Morning transpires on our eyes
and I see with a million shadows
your beauty.
You light the way to serenity,
floating high above me, just leaves me wanting
to catch you-- I'd hate you
to falter....

collapsing, embracing,
your taste is such sweet divinity,
a'twine mine teary sight, I trace your lines,
contours written in the gold of the land,
beauty of all sides.

and I rush for warmth, your fire consumes me
takes me in with no answer and stutters
on words I cannot say.....
look off distantly, and I feel
feel the hunger of your living days,
grasping for fresh skin,
clasping each side of life
in turn to chase it in,
lifting the face of clarity,
calming me,
chasing me eagerly out the door,
onto the patio

how perfect your gaze sets
looking toward me....
will you let me take you home
to heal you?

About
I'm just another person. Just like you; my art the object of knowledge in understanding who I am and how I am. And that, simply, is enough about me. more..
