Silent Angels Whisper * Part II: Smotri Na Menya (See me) - Chapter 6A Chapter by Silent Angel“Oh my fuc -.” Tod began “Tod!” I cried, knowing all too well the word that came next. “Oh, sorry. Oh my son of a bitc -.” Tod tried again “Do you want me to kill you?” I joked, forcing myself to frown “Well, it wouldn’t defiantly be a change but no.” Tod answered, giving me a weird look. “But really, look what I found. Does this look familiar?” Tod asked when I walked over to the computer. “Way to familiar.” I replied as I forced the sick feeling I immediately got in my stomach away. There it was the science lab that all those terrible things had happened to me in. Just sitting there, with a group of scientists all smiling in front of it. It was a great picture, if you didn’t know the horrors that went on inside of it. “What’s going on?” Lune asked as he stepped into the room, glancing at the computer screen. “Looky, its home sweet torture!” Tod exclaimed as he pointed to the screen. “Son of a b***h.” Lune mumbled without thinking. “I swear, the girls are going to grow up to be serial killers because of you guys.” I stated, shaking my head as I looked back at the computer screen. “But Shavi and Zori love cereal. Why would they be cereal killers?” Tod said in fake confusion “Har-har, very funny dumb-bo.” I said, smacking the back of his head and making his laugh “So you found our lovely science lab online. Is there anything else?” Lune asked, walking over and leaning over the chair Tod was in to examine it more closely. “Yep, there’s a whole bunch of information. It’s too bad we don’t know a certain blonde-haired wonder who could hack their site so we could reach the secret stuff.” Tod said, turning his head to me and putting on his puppy-dog pout. “Ugg, move.” I said, pushing him out of the seat so I could hack to lovely account to find the horrors with-in. After three second of thinking I typed in an html code, password, and even did an identity check before we were finally inside the secrets. I wished I hadn’t hacked it though, because things I didn’t even know could happen came up. “Ooooo, look at all these horrors. Hey, type in your name; I wanna see what comes up!” Tod exclaimed, smiling and trying to keep it as a joke. So, deciding against my better judgment I did, and suddenly there I was, ten years old and looking like I had just seen death. More and more files came up, and I immediately hit ‘print’ so I wouldn’t miss anything. “You do realize how much money we’re gonna owe this hotel for all the ink we’re gonna use, right?” Tod asked. “I really don’t give a damn about that right now. Screw the hotel.” I mumbled, hardly listening anymore. After 482 pages printed out I went to everyone’s ‘profile’ and printed out all the documents. It came up to over 12, 674 pages in total, and I was up all night. By morning I was totally screwed over because I had been staring at a computer screen for more than twelve hours. “Oh my stars, please tell me you did not stay up all night working on that.” Lune exclaimed when he walked into the room and found me typing on the computer. “Not all night, I think I got up once to get food……I think.” I responded, not glancing up. “Ugg, I told you not to! How damaged are you right now?” Lune asked, walking over to me “On a scale of 1 to 10 or on a scale of 0 to 1000?” I asked in response, still glues to the screen. “0 to 1000.” Lune responded. “Oh, then about one billion.” I answered, nodding my head lightly but for some reason I lost my balance and had to grab his arm to keep myself upright. “That’s it; you’re going to bed before you turn insane.” Lune said “No, no, just give me, like, two more seconds.” I pleaded, still staring at the screen. “Nope, off the bed.” Lune said, refusing to give me mercy as he pulled me out of the chair and walked me over to my bed, guiding me by the shoulders. “Where are the girls?” I asked, looking for them and realizing they weren’t in there beds. “They left the room five hours ago with Tod to go swimming. Don’t you remember giving them permission?” Lune asked, laying me down and pulling the covers over me. “Nope. But then again, I can’t even remember my name right now.” I answered, smiling up at him. “Engel Schweigt, about to go insane. Get some sleep.” Lune laughed “Okay.” I mumbled as I rolled over and sank into unconsciousness. Four hours later I was woken up by something moving into my bed. At first I thought it was Shavi, but then a cold hand touched me and my eyes shot open. “Shhh, if you scream I kill you.” a creepy man informed me as he put his hand over my mouth. I studied him, realized I didn’t know him, and I was just about to bite his hand when Lune walked into the room. He froze in the doorway when he saw the man. “Shhh or I kill her.” the man whispered creepily He slowly lowered his hand from my mouth, took a pillow out from under my head and crept out of the room, closing the door behind him. I stared at the door, waiting for him to burst through and start a real fight, but nothing happened. I turned and looked back at Lune, but he just shook his head and shrugged. “So, aside from that, how’s your day been?” I asked as I got out of bed and walked over to look out the window to check on Tod and the girls. “Pretty uneventful, Tod’s been outside at the pool with the girls all day and I’ve been in here, reading documents. I just left to go get some food when that guy came.” Lune explained. “Wow, you sleep four hours and you don’t miss much.” I said, smiling as Zori dived into the cool water. “Yeah, but there is one thing I should warn you about. But later, when the girls are asleep and Tod can listen too. For now you wanna go to the pool and spend the rest of the day doing nothing?” Lune asked “Sure!” I said, following him out the door toward the pool. © 2011 Silent Angel |
