Story of a Girl (End)

Story of a Girl (End)

A Story by Siimran K Juneja

This story is about a girl who is the queen of her dreams and full of values and responsibilities. She meets a guy who ditches her. Then, after a long time she meets someone again whom she thinks is perfect for her. But, life takes such a weird turn that they not both don’t come together as one at that time…….

After writing this story, I got a lot of mails and messaging saying that the end of my story is not correct. So, here it is……

They both went in their own directions. They used to talk to each other but very less. They both were busy in their own life. She worked hard and so did he. They always wished to be together but their passion to be successful and desirable for each other made them away from each other. But, they were away by distance not by hearts. And one day….

It was an upset day for her in the college. Sometimes, in life people leave you just for a small mistake or for a simple misunderstanding. And that’s what happened. A small sarcastic comment and she saw her friends turned into enemies in front of her. In the starting, she could not understand what was exactly happening. But, later when she tried to make her friends what she actually saying, it was too late.

She was very upset. She felt lonely, hurted and destroyed. She had no shoulder to cry even……

She ran to the washroom. She banged the door and cried badly. She went in front of the mirror. She saw herself. Her eye liner had smudged. Her lip color was out of shape. She looked horrible. Suddenly, she heard a voice “hey”. She looked around, there was no one? She looked at her phone. There were no calls or messages. She was wondering who called her. There was on one in the washroom even. Then, she saw her lock screen. It was of her and her lover’s photo. She remembered that he used to say that don’t waste your tears for people who don’t deserve it. He loved her smiling. She looked at herself in the mirror again. She realized she was looking so horrible! She imagined if he would have seen her like this then?? Would he have been happy seeing her like this??

Answer came from her heart “no”. She realized that “hey” was from her heart only just to make her realize that he would not have been appreciated as she was looking so horrible.

She washed her face, cleaned it well. Took out her eye liner and realized that he did not used to like her with artificial make-up. So with a big smile, she kept it back and left the place.

It was the day when she realized someone is always behind her. Walking with her, smiling with her and wiping her tears. She could feel the air, people and their talks, everything. Actually, she could feel him and his presence in her life.

She come home and found a whatsapp message on her phone. It was him. He wrote to her that is she all right?? She wondered why he is writing like this and asked. He replied that he felt something wrong has happened to you. She felt happy. Tears came out from her eyes as actually something wrong had happened but she felt his presence and now she is fine. He reverted back saying that you will never walk alone. She smiled and put down her phone and went to the balcony.

It was late evening. The sun had settled down. It was a bit cloudy. The wind was strong and chilly. She closed her eyes. She remembered the happy times she has spent with him. Those never ending arguments, those moral science lectures, those funny jokes they both cracked that no one understand other than them and those life talk and plans which they had together.

She felt the wind. She felt as if a warm hand was wrapping her from those chilling and cold winds. A warm hand was holding her hand which was placed on the railing of the balcony. A heavy breath was there on her shoulder. She felt someone was holding her waist so tightly that she felt secured. She actually felt him. She felt that he was holding her in his arms securely and lovingly. But, when she opened her eyes, he was not there. She looked around her there was no one except her.

Actually his presence made her feel the warmth. A warm loving smile comes on her face…..

Readers, a true love story never has an end. It’s because true love never ends. It lasts for years, ages and centuries. It lasts together or alone. Often, a question was asked by people who read my last part that if he does not come in her life again?? I will say he will. It’s because they are meant to be together. It’s because they give themselves in each other. True lovers don’t need to be always present for each other. And that’s the end of this story….

I hope you liked this story. If you really did, please comment!!
