Despair Crusaders

Despair Crusaders

A Poem by Siguard

As i gaze at boundaries of reality gasping for hope
melancholic tears escape my trembling body
and water the plants of despair that root me to the ground
fear invades a growling pain tearing my prosthetic limbs
resonating arrow piercing through rotten flesh
weakling existence never-meant to plunder greatness
as the Dhaka sips-out the fluid that operates the soul
while the horns of anguish sounds their eternal legacy
echoing the halls of our ancestors

a better structured piece, although I can't see where this lines fits "resonating arrow piercing through rotten flesh " ? this line lacks introduction and is cut off.
as for the rest.. well written. keep 'em comin' ;)

Though it seems simple yet it contains deep meanings and reveals a hidden part of your character, nice work man ;)

There is a defeatism in this piece that seems to submit to the spirits of the ancestors. The hope of this piece seems to lie in the ancestors, "echoing the halls of our ancestors." Well written Siguard.

Vincent
