Rose

Rose

A Poem by Alicia™

Veins hidden in petals,

Miniscule, yet vital,

Petals wind gracefully towards the core,

Each growing smaller and smaller,

Purest of pink,

Unique in every way,

Fragrance overwhelming,

Can't begin to describe,

Incredibly sweet,

So surreal,

Thorns on stem,

So fine,

Almost tempting,

Wraps around,

Gorgeousness of Rose,

Symbol of many things;

Love,

Sadness,

Remorse,

The Rose,

Symbol of many things. ~
