Breathe You InA Poem by Sierra ErwayI breathe you in, like a long drag off a cigarette. I inhale. Your beautiful smile, Your warm laugh, Your shining, mysterious eyes. You taste so sweet floating across my tongue. I feel your happiness, plaguing my lungs. I exhale. And in a puff of smoke I see it all come out. All your anger, pain, loneliness; the evil you hold inside. But I am here with you. And as we stand so far apart; I breathe you in. © 2012 Sierra Erway |
