Your Fault

Your Fault

A Poem by Sierra Erway

Why did you say you'd be there

if you never really cared?

Why did you tell me you'll always love me

if everytime it was a straight up lie?

Why did I believe you

and try my best?

If you were going to leave my heart in pieces;

At best.

Why did you lure me in with your charm,

if you have another girl wrapped in your arms?

You put me through hell,

tore me apart--

Left me with nothing but a broken heart.

I might cry,

I might be sad.

But eventually,

I won't feel so bad.

I hope you're happy.

I hope you're glad.

Because of what you did,

I am now

Dead.
