Him

Him

A Poem by Sierra Erway

She saw his beautiful face.

His dark and gleaming eyes.

His voice echoes through the halls,

And she crumbles.

Her little, beating heart

Swells up, and rips.

Rips into a million pieces.

With a hot and sorrowed pain.

She longs for him again,

But he does not see,

That what they had was special;

At least, that's what thought she.

He walks right by,

Without a word,

And yet again, slipping away.

She wants to cry,

She wants to hide,

She wants it all to go away...
