A Poem by Sierra Erway

Sometimes I feel like wallpaper.

Stuck upon this wall- to be seen by all.

I stick here... All day...

Alone and aging.

Getting stained;

Fading.

Wrinkling up and crisping;

ripping off so easy.

Forgotten on this wall.

No intention to adore.

Admire.

Stop and stare.

Share this moment with me.

Alone.

Dark.

On the wall.

Stuck here forever.

Never to be touched,

Only seen.

Not heard.

Sometimes, I feel like wallpaper...
