DEATH-HEAVEN

DEATH-HEAVEN

A Poem by Siddhant_s
"

This poem was my first one ever. It is very dear to me. I wrote this some days after I learnt of my grandfathers demise and it is a natural product of my grief. (Note- Nanu means Maternal Grandpa)

"

Here I am, here to say,

That I, us will always pray,

May his soul rest in peace,

As he has been freed from the life’s leash,

Must he be blessed, in the heaven,

Must he be happy a ton,

May he get the best time,

While he is up there, in the shine,

And at last, I will always for him be prayin

That he is now free from any pain

Now, with a heavy heart, I must utter,

He was the greatest nanu on Earth

Of Course, as a first, it has many visible errors. I had recited this very same poem at his funeral but many people, though said it was a good one, said it could have been better. Please give me tips on how to write a eulogy.
