Everything Here

Everything Here

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce
"

'In response to Antonio Valentino's 'Nothing Left' - I had to respond - what a wonderful poem his is...

"

The sun drips upon our souls

as we embrace within the wind

do not worry now

we have become akin

to those moon glances as well

that you like

so much

at night

although it seems we were far apart

we are nearer still

than your being

has come to will

yet I will wait in the shadows

of the hereafter

longing for you

to show me through

to the Light that is You

and will certainly be

my everlasting hue

perhaps the color of the sand

you once held in your hands

but more likely a majestic blue

the grandest of the land

as two souls are once united

again as was foretold

for True Love reigns Supreme

here in Everlasting Gold.

In case I leave before your time
Just know you were, That One
The love and light that warmed my heart
And held me like the sun

The time will seem like eons
Till I have you in my arms
My love for you that's waiting
In the beauty that you are

My Dearest Sid,

I don't know what to say.
How lovely of you to take the time.
To write something as beautiful as you did.
What an exquisite romantic you are.
I know it's all in the wonderful spirit of poetry,
But still, this really touched me, and I will keep
These words in a corner of my heart reserved only for you.

How very special you are.
And how lucky am I to have you as a friend.

Always,
Rich
