OchreA Poem by Siddartha Beth PierceOchre is the color of my mood today a somber hue one of dismay
Though the sun shines brightly ever nigh
I know not where this pallor of a feeling comes from
Only that it lingers on
A yellowish tinge of disease, decay has clamored beneath my skin
If I scratch it long enough hopefully it will eventually bleed away as if it had never been.
