Azure Blue

Azure Blue

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce

In the morning breeze

I dream of you

returned to your love True

yet is has not come about

that you have returned

as I remain the forsaken one

hoping and wondering

whence you will come

back again

to take homage in my arms

an embrace

of everlasting love

I give to thee

no matter where you be

and if you do not return

at all

I can still feel

you near

as you once were

hanging on our

every word

spoken and unspoken

between us

smiles, taunts and jeers

that have haunted me

through the years

yet you have not foreseen

your way back home

so I will remain alone

dreaming of you

as we once were

blazed as One in

azure blue.

Beautiful and sad. Often people don't realize the impacts that their actions will have on the lives of loved ones. This poems is filled with longing and disappointment. Very emotional. Good job conveying such strong feelings through words. :)

Maybe this is in my cereal! It's just indescribable how sexy loving this is...bravissimo.

I like how this evolves from on line to another. This so sweet but also gives me a lonely feeling. I really like it.

to be blazed as one in azure
Loved the image that comes to mind
Eternal hues
Written with prestige
in scope of depth
Absolutely Beautiful.
