Red Velvet

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce

White wolf wrapped in red velvet

hammers tunes of

yesterday's afternoon.

Beth, you are so talented, Your writing of poetry is so short. but the way you use your words, compiling them together. They always give out a message in such power, setting scenes of imagery .

I'm one that I can not stop writing until it wraps its self up as a package at the end. Don't know if you understand what I just said. Anyway my poems are long and I wish I could write them short like this.

You my dear are very inspirational.

A very slick haiku... when you can express so much in those few words it is a real talent. I like this one a lot.
