Irish EyesA Poem by Siddartha Beth PierceYour eyes wink I wince with anticipation your green eyes glitter like a star reminding me of your homeland afar-
Green eyes and Irish blood they flow through me like I would like to flow through you-
High cheek bones accent the rims around your eyes they are just a reflection of your heritage that shines forth-
Your eyes glisten against the candlelight they fill my heart with sweet delight-
How I would like to procreate your Irish eyes.
Will blue mix well with green we will not know until the end- your Irish eyes.
