The goldfinch cries out

a tune while the sun dances

Love the title, but that third line blows my mind from here to Rejkyavik! I am mesmerised by it. I want to lick it to find out what it tastes of, but that might not be seemly. I can sus out 'coniptions' which sounds like a dance for crabs. And the bird has quite a livery.

I had to look up conniption (sic) - it's always good to find out about a word I've never come across before... but then it left me struggling. Was the sun having a violent outburst of emotion, or the goldfinch? I decided it was the goldfinch... Then I wanted to understand the connection with 'breasts'. Then I decided it was the sun after all that was emotionally out of control when looking at the breasts... No! Can't be that as a bird only has one breast... So I'm defeated but still intrigued... But I did love the image of 'drenched in yellow'

I've been seeing your reviews all over the place and kicking myself that I haven't been to see you. I saw you had a new post and rushed right over.

I love the yellow images. And the sound and movement. Like some wildly exotic dance to celebrate the beauty of creation.
