The Arcane One

The Arcane One

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce

His face

held the miracles

of a million moons-

An oracle of old

wished me

a happy tune

of Forgiveness and fortune

and magic spells

that led to the singing

of the wedding bells.

Within the liturgy

we thanked God, Goddess

and Love Unconditional

for we were meant to

be with one another.

Together or apart

we may be

but our hearts beat as one

our souls forever linked-

anyone dare put - us asunder

to they a wrath befall

of Karma threefold under.

Yet we are

blessed to have found

one another

in the chamber

of the scryer.

A truly beautiful piece for a momentous and equally beautiful occasion. There is nothing more grand than the birth of a child and the love for another in my opinion.

Nicely done!

P.S - Read my Soul Flicker; it's along the same lines as this piece of yours and you might like it :)

Cheers

I love the vast feel of your writing, embracing the universe in passion, as well as the intimate sharing... that universe within the lives of two becoming one... Beautifully voiced.

Interesting blend of religious/pagan imagery and a lovely thought at the heart of it all... two beating as one and blessed in the union...

That's one psi point for you. I was rolling the word "scry" around for the last 8 days. Thank you for such an eloquent portrait of the perfect dream wedding on cloud 9. Is it "fell the wrath"? I love the Holy Spirit as Love Unconditional, werrry sneaky. One another allows for whatever the number may be 1,2 or3. Nice, awe inspiring, dream worthy.
