Roan Slaughter Muddy Water

Roan Slaughter Muddy Water

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce

I dream

of crowds

clotting,

this room with me

they come

tossing

wrestling,

milling my bed

awake

i stay

in hoping,

keep them all,

at bay.
