A Choice

A Choice

A Poem by Siddhartha Chatterjee
"

Thoughts

"
The wicked or the wacky.
The devil or the dance.
The fire or the slivers.
The fugue or the red.

The choice is (never) yours.

Another to make the reader use their powers of contemplation. I think one can be both wicked and wacky and one might dance with the devil. The fire or the silvers got me and the fugue or the red I am taking to mean inert/dead as opposed to vibrant and alive.
