Dream Soft NightA Poem by Sianna ReaderThe world at night...
Dreaming gently in the skies,
Angels rest their watchful eyes,
Bask in patience and virtue,
Watching over me and you.
The stars they twinkle in the night,
Emitting joy and endless light,
Praising lovers where they lay,
Holding children whilst they pray.
Glowing brightly, made to swoon,
The wolves sing to the winter moon,
Standing tall, the strong pale one,
Jealous of the summer sun.
All these things I love to see,
The night and what it means to me,
And in my arms I’d show them love,
So dream soft night and God above.
