LIFE

In a short span of time
There is so much to endure,
So much to get hold of
And so much to loose.

What is life?
Its getting lost in the small things
And finding yourself in them.
Often it slips from many minds
That change is the major constant in lives.

We always try to convince people
But how rarely do we believe ourselves!
So its better to stop convincing
And start believing,

Believing in small things
Where our mind perceives happiness
In common places
Where our soul feels blissful and blessed
In people around
Whom we can trust and love
And most importantly
Our fate and destiny.

Each of us has a different view of what LIFE really is....your view is interesting ....I think what you're saying is that too many of us get caught up in minutia , and we don't see the big picture....in addition, I think you are saying that you have to believe in yourself before believing in others...and we must surround ourselves with people we trust and love....and believe in in own fate.
This is very well written free verse.... thank you for sharing.
