Distorted Words

Distorted Words

A Poem by Shyla khan

I feel like somebody is trying to crawl out of my soul, the soul which is shrieking in the dark, waiting for you to make an effort.

You created hallucinations of together and forever,
but now look at us, do we even talk anymore?
Love has million colors but you never showed me any, just black and white.

Karma?
If it really was true, you should've been the one to suffer the most. Each time you left me, to fly, I had already lost my wings, trying to give you feathers.

Your absense had created a hurricane within me, my heart had sinked ,my breaths choked.
A disaster can't be stopped if you are stuck in it completely.

But does it hinder you anymore?
May be yes?
But no!
It never does.

Anyway I'm sending you more of my love.
